Terms of Use
1. Service and scope
These terms cover the Songloom app and song-sharing pages. Songloom turns descriptions, lyrics, styles and moods into AI music, with playback, favorites, sharing and offline downloads. Songloom is an independent app; generation providers are not the operator under these terms. Read these terms and our privacy policy before use.
Review and agree to these terms before using the service; stop using it if you disagree. You must have authority to act for an organization when using the service on its behalf.
2. Eligibility and device accounts
You must meet local eligibility requirements and obtain guardian consent where required. You can use the service without linking an account. You may optionally link either Apple or Google. Use your currently linked account after reinstalling or changing devices. Changing the linked identity requires verifying both accounts and keeps your current music and credits without merging accounts. The new identity must not currently belong to another account. The previous identity is released and may be linked elsewhere, without transferring the original music or credits. Restoring Apple purchases does not restore works or transfer accounts.
Google APIs and Google user data. Songloom uses Google Sign-In only to authenticate you: the app requests the openid and email scopes, and the resulting Google account identifier and email address are used solely to create, link or restore your Songloom account and to keep it secure. We do not sell or share Google user data with advertisers or data brokers, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train, fine-tune, evaluate or improve any AI or machine-learning model. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Songloom does not use Google APIs or Google user data to generate, alter or distribute intimate imagery or any other non-consensual synthetic likeness of a person; creating, uploading or sharing sexual content involving real people without their consent, content that sexualizes minors, or content intended to harass, threaten or defame someone is prohibited and may lead to immediate suspension.
3. Inputs and acceptable use
Submit only content you are entitled to use. Respect copyright, privacy, likeness and voice rights. Do not create unlawful, fraudulent, hateful, harassing or child-exploitative content, impersonate others, imitate an identifiable person's voice without authorization, bypass payment controls, abuse free benefits, scrape others' works or attack the service. We may restrict offending requests, content or access and handle appeals as required by law.
Pornographic or non-consensual intimate content, encouragement of self-harm or dangerous conduct, and deceptive content used for fraud or to mislead others are also prohibited. You are responsible for the lawfulness of what you submit, generate and share.
4. Content rights and necessary permission
Your original inputs remain yours or their rights holder's. You give us and necessary providers a non-exclusive permission to process content only to deliver the creation, storage, playback, publication and sharing you request. These terms grant no additional unrelated use. Downloading, publishing or subscribing does not transfer other people's rights to you.
Rights in the app software, interface, branding and service materials belong to us or their respective rights holders. Using the service does not transfer ownership of those assets. Permitted uses of generated results depend on applicable law and relevant rights; Pro does not grant permission to use third-party works or voices.
5. AI limitations
Outputs may be inaccurate, non-unique, similar to existing works or ineligible for copyright. We do not guarantee a particular style, accurate lyrics or third-party rights clearance. Review outputs and applicable rights before using or distributing them. A technical failure is different from disliking a generated style.
6. Pro and renewal
Prices, periods, credit rewards, bonuses and download eligibility follow the purchase page and Apple's confirmation. Pro renews automatically at the selected interval; cancel through Apple subscription management. Deleting the app, account or songs does not cancel an Apple subscription. Benefits normally continue through the paid period, subject to Apple's status.
7. Credits, failed generation and refunds
Credits are for in-app services, not money; they cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. A normal balance does not expire because Pro ends. Generation deducts credits under the current rules; confirmed technical failure returns the relevant generation credits, not cash. Disliked completed songs do not qualify for automatic failure returns. Request Apple purchase refunds through Apple. Apple's rules and applicable law govern refunds and reversals; statutory consumer rights remain intact.
8. Publication and sharing
Publishing makes a song accessible in Discover. Creating a share link separately authorizes public H5 playback by anyone holding it, including for unpublished or later-unpublished songs. Unpublishing does not revoke existing links. Deletion or expiry stops public audio on old links. Only the creator can open an unpublished song in the app; all downloads still require Pro. Copies saved or forwarded by others may not be recoverable.
9. Retention, downloads and deletion
Free works currently have a 90-day access period. Pro keeps works accessible while active; a 90-day period applies after Pro ends, with restoration governed by the displayed rules. Expiry is not immediate physical erasure. Downloads store audio, available artwork, lyrics and metadata inside the app. Removing a list entry can retain files; selecting deletion of local files removes the bundle. Cloud-song deletion is a soft deletion that stops ordinary access without immediate backend erasure. Keep your own important copies.
10. Changes, responsibility and disputes
Networks, devices and providers can cause delay or interruption. We reasonably address failures without guaranteeing uninterrupted service. Material changes should be notified appropriately, with separate consent when legally required, without retroactively removing statutory rights. Report violations with links, facts and rights evidence. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. Try resolving disputes with us first; unresolved disputes may go to a legally competent authority or court without requiring waiver of statutory remedies.
For violations of these terms or threats to service security, we may restrict features, stop making relevant content public or suspend account access, in proportion to the circumstances. Contact songloom.build@gmail.com about content complaints, objections to enforcement or service issues.
